SMOKING: Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
NOISES: I ask you to kindly not use a loud tone of voice or turn the TV volume up too high.
ELECTRICITY: Remember not to use the washing machine, air conditioner and oven at the same time!! If you do, the power will go out and you could be without it for a long time. So remember to always use these appliances one at a time.
GARBAGE: Please remember that garbage bags must not be thrown in the bins on the street!! And they must not be left on the balcony either! If you fill the garbage bag, please call me so that I can send the cleaning lady to collect it (she will take care of throwing it away). Otherwise, please leave them in the house and at the end of your stay they will be taken away by the lady. So I repeat: do not throw garbage in the bins on the street as they are not public bins and do not leave garbage on the balcony. Thank you for understanding.
