Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27/4/2016, the data controller, Carlo Flora, declares that he has informed the interested party that his personal data will be processed to fulfill the obligations set out in art. 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security and to fulfill the current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. He also informs that the provision of his data for the aforementioned purposes is mandatory. The interested party has also been informed that the data will be stored, which will be done with protected automated systems, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes and, in any case, until the consent is revoked. The interested party has the right to ask the data controller to access his personal data (art. 15); to request rectification or cancellation (art. 17); to limit or oppose processing (arts. 18 and 21); to enjoy data portability (art. 20) and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The data controller has informed the interested party that the consent also applies to minor children who have not reached the age of sixteen.
